Motivational Talks

It is a program where Henry goes to various institutions in the country for able and disabled giving his real life experience to people to encourage them to take live positively and to have hope. He also does counseling for the newly blind people

Achievements

We have been able to organize talks in various secondary, churches and primary schools in the country.

Henry has also been able to venture internationally in more than seven countries visiting schools, corporates and churches offering counseling to newly blind people like the infamous Nairobi 1998 bomb blast victims and kumi kumi (local lethal brew) saga and other persons with disability in different institutions.

Partnership

You can help Henry reach into the community through funding his transportation to any institutions or location. You can also organize a cum-fundraising talk for HWF.

Mobility Aids Distribution

We donate various mobility aides to disabled as one way of breaking the barriers of movement and self reliance e.g. wheel chairs, crutches, white cans, optical lens, talking watches, computers etc.

Partnership

We believe through partnership in any level can help us develop and scale the various programs and we encourage organizations individuals corporate and churches to pick any of above program and partner with us. We also encourage your advice and donations in kind or cash.

Achievements

We have been able to help five youths who are physically challenged to start income generating projects like shoe shinning, curio shops, and fruits stalls and knitting stalls. Sponsoring 5 disabled persons in secondary schools. We have also been able to sponsor a young man to Germany where he is training in optical course for low vision projects.

An on-going project of sinking a borehole at Machakos Technical Institute for the Blind to ease the water shortage affecting the visually impaired who get endangered as they go fetching water in the town.
